I am trauma informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and take health at every size (HAES) stance in our work together.
I am someone who loves deeply, learns constantly, and strives to empower others. I am a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, physician, and coach — roles that shape the way I move through the world. My roles are the essence of my core, reflective of who I am and my values: to nurture, to guide, and to create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow .
Come As You Are!
My journey into medicine and coaching began as a personal quest to learn all about our bodies and healing. I chose Medicine as it combines science and human connection- both of which bring meaning to my life. While going through rigorous medical training, I recognized that suffering is not just physical. It is deeply personal and unique to each body, each soul. While learning how to heal others, I recognized my own complicated “humanness” and how interconnected our well-being is. I began to recognize my own unhealthy patterns and question my impact in the world.
All the training and medical knowledge as a physician did not translate into me being in the best of my health. I found myself eating and bingeing to cope. I did not prioritize my own health. It’s no fun to have a seemingly perfect life, being trusted for accurate health advice and feel like a hypocrite. Coaching helped me calm my inner critic, silence the noise, rediscover my voice and reclaim my power. I learnt to treat myself and others with grace and kindness. It helped me combine medical expertise with mindful living. It helped me be rooted in science and guided by empathy.

While I’m not a 100% healed or perfect and likely will never be- I have helped many of my incredible clients and patients transform their lives using tangible evidence-based frameworks and coaching.
